PorcelainMuse offers artistic creations, limited edition artworks and collectible decorative objects, including artistic chess sets and related art pieces.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Some PorcelainMuse creations include handmade elements. Small variations, subtle marks, air bubbles in resin pieces or slight artisanal irregularities may occur. These details are part of the handmade and artistic nature of the object and are not considered defects.

3. Limited Editions

Some PorcelainMuse creations are produced in limited editions.

Unless otherwise stated, limited edition creations are:

Limited to 25 copies, intentionally not numbered by artistic choice.

This artistic choice is intended not to create hierarchy between collectors.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import fees may be added depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

PorcelainMuse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, payment issue, stock error or exceptional situation preventing proper fulfillment.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will only be prepared after payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Shipping

Orders are prepared with care and shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment number, postal code, phone number and any useful delivery information.

PorcelainMuse cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, incomplete addresses, incorrect information provided by the buyer or events outside our control.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For distance sales, consumers may have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, depending on applicable consumer law.

Custom-made, personalized or specially commissioned items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

This allows us to review the situation quickly and assist with the appropriate solution.

10. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, artworks, designs, product concepts, logos and visual elements displayed by PorcelainMuse are protected and remain the property of their respective creator or rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content from PorcelainMuse without prior written permission.

11. Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning, security or accessibility of the website.

12. Liability

PorcelainMuse cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, delivery delays caused by carriers or customs, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
