These Sales Terms apply to all orders placed on the PorcelainMuse online store.
By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Sales Terms.

2. Products
PorcelainMuse offers artistic creations, limited edition artworks, decorative objects and collectible chess sets.
Each product is described as accurately as possible on its product page, including photographs, dimensions, materials, main characteristics and any relevant artistic details.
However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and photographic rendering.
Some PorcelainMuse products include handmade elements. Small variations, resin bubbles, subtle marks or artisanal irregularities may appear. These are part of the handmade and artistic nature of the creation and are not considered defects.
3. Limited Editions
Unless otherwise stated, PorcelainMuse limited edition creations are:
Limited to 25 copies, intentionally not numbered by artistic choice.
This artistic choice is intended not to create hierarchy between collectors.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros.
Product prices are shown before order confirmation. Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import fees may be added depending on the destination country and the options selected at checkout.
For customers within the European Union, prices are displayed according to applicable tax rules.
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
PorcelainMuse reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired product, provide accurate billing and shipping information, choose a delivery method and complete payment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all order information is accurate and complete, including name, delivery address, postal code, country, email address and phone number when required.
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
PorcelainMuse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, payment issue, stock error, abnormal request, delivery impossibility or exceptional situation preventing proper fulfillment.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order.
Orders are prepared only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
PorcelainMuse does not store the customer's payment card information.
7. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
As many PorcelainMuse creations are produced in limited quantities, availability may change quickly.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, PorcelainMuse will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement if available, or later delivery if accepted by the customer.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from France.
Orders are usually prepared within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
For limited edition objects, artistic chess sets or handmade pieces, preparation may take slightly longer due to careful inspection, protective packaging and documentation.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are indicated in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier workload, strikes, weather conditions, incomplete addresses or events outside our control.
PorcelainMuse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
PorcelainMuse cannot control or predict customs fees, import taxes or delays caused by customs authorities.
10. Right of Withdrawal
For distance sales, consumers may have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer law.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact PorcelainMuse within 14 days of receiving the item at:

The returned item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition, with all accessories, chess pieces, certificate of authenticity and protective packaging whenever possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.
Custom-made, personalized or specially commissioned items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
11. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, PorcelainMuse will notify the customer by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an error by PorcelainMuse.
The customer's bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
12. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact PorcelainMuse within 48 hours of delivery at:

The customer must provide:
- order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the outer packaging
- photos of the inner packaging
- photos of the shipping label
This documentation is necessary to review the situation and assist with a carrier claim if needed.
13. Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from the legal guarantees provided by applicable consumer law, including legal conformity and protection against hidden defects where applicable.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial gesture or return policy.
The handmade and artistic nature of certain creations must be taken into account. Slight variations, artisanal marks, resin bubbles or subtle irregularities that are clearly linked to the handmade process are not considered defects.
14. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts, photographs, product visuals, designs, logos, product concepts and graphic elements displayed on the PorcelainMuse website are protected by intellectual property rights.
They remain the property of Frédéric FONT / PorcelainMuse or their respective rights holder.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial use or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
15. Personal Data
Personal data collected through this website is used for order processing, customer service, delivery, legal obligations and, where applicable, email communication with the customer's consent.

16. Liability
PorcelainMuse makes every effort to provide accurate information and to prepare orders with care.
PorcelainMuse cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, customs delays, delivery delays caused by carriers, technical issues affecting the website, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
