About the artworks
What is PorcelainMuse?
PorcelainMuse is the artistic universe of French artist Frédéric Font, inspired by blue-and-white porcelain, Kintsugi and Japanese aesthetics. Each piece explores themes of fragility, memory and transformation.
Are the artworks really limited edition?
Yes. PorcelainMuse artworks are produced in a limited edition of 25 copies per format and support. Edition details are specified individually on each artwork page.
What materials and finishes are used?
Artworks are available as canvas prints or premium metal prints. Metal prints include a clean hanging system for a ready-to-display presentation, and the artist's signature is integrated into each composition.
What sizes are available?
Canvas prints are available in two formats: square (40 × 40 cm, 60 × 60 cm or 80 × 80 cm) and rectangular (40 × 60 cm, 60 × 90 cm or 80 × 120 cm), with a floating frame option on selected sizes. Metal prints are available in 40 × 40 cm, 60 × 60 cm, 80 × 80 cm and 100 × 100 cm. Available sizes and formats are listed individually on each artwork page.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 2 to 5 business days for France, 4 to 10 business days for the European Union, 5 to 12 business days for the United Kingdom, 7 to 15 business days for the United States and Canada, and 10 to 20 business days for Australia and other international destinations. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Where do you ship?
PorcelainMuse currently ships to France, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and other destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, artwork format, weight and production location. The applicable cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For international orders, particularly those delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless clearly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & guarantees
Can I return an artwork?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the artwork is defective, damaged in transit or does not match the order.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the artwork, the packaging and the shipping label. Reporting damage within 48 hours helps us process a claim quickly, and this does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
