Return and Refund Policy

At PorcelainMuse, each creation is prepared with great care and attention before shipment.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused
undamaged
returned in its original condition
returned with all accessories, chess pieces, certificate of authenticity and original protective packaging whenever possible

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. PorcelainMuse cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the damaged item
photos of the packaging
photos of the shipping label
your order number

This allows us to review the situation quickly and assist you in the best possible way.

Handmade and Limited Edition Items

PorcelainMuse creations are artistic objects, often handmade or produced in very limited editions.

Small variations, subtle marks, air bubbles in resin pieces or slight artisanal irregularities may occur. These details are part of the handmade and artistic nature of the piece and are not considered defects.
